Among medium and large companies, there is a trend towards the digitization of personnel management and training processes. HR management is no longer done “manually”. Modern platforms come to the rescue, one of which is SMART HCM & LMS.
Digitain, a company dealing with the development of sports betting technology and gaming platforms, started using SMART HCM & LMS portal in 2020 for recruiting, onboarding and goal-setting of employees.
What company’s processes have changed after SMART HCM & LMS implementation?
Digitain is constantly expanding and looking for new talented IT professionals. How dynamically the company is developing can be judged by the figures from the official website.
Taking into account the personnel growth by 1050% in 3 years, for the company the goal of critical importance was the automation of personnel search and selection. Thanks to the implementation of SMART HCM & LMS, as of the beginning of 2021, more than 7,000 job applications were received, and more than 5,700 people were collected in the candidate database.
Integration with the “Career” section of the main site of Digitain has also been implemented, so all vacancies that were created in the SMART HCM & LMS system are automatically displayed on an external resource.
To ensure that existing employees are always aware of newcomers or changes in positions, integration with Azure Active Directory was implemented to update the organizational structure of personnel and employee data.
The implemented Onboarding module helps to get used to the workplace faster. Now employees can immerse themselves in the company’s processes without involving HR, and the mentor can easily track the onboarding processes online.
It is important for Digitain not only to recruit highly professional employees, but also to assess the qualifications and productivity of existing ones. The Assessment module of the SMART HCM & LMS system helps to monitor the performance of both individual people and entire departments; both key performance indicators (KPI) and competencies and skills. After the automation of the “Assessment” process, more than 3,400 employee assessment forms have been collected.
