Objects that are transferred and updated from SMART Payroll are automatically entered into SMART HCM & LMS in the organizational structure section, including organizations, departments, jobs, positions, absence reasons, absence groups, contacts, and payments.

On the other hand, information on absences, contracts, contacts, and position changes are transferred and updated in SMART Payroll from SMART HCM & LMS.
