This release is dedicated to strengthening the core of the platform — improving performance, refining user experience, enhancing security, and optimizing integrations. While there are no new user-facing modules in this update, the improvements implemented in Release 28 directly impact the stability, speed, and reliability of your daily work.
We focused on what matters most for mature HR systems:
- Faster performance under real workloads
- More intuitive and consistent interface behavior
- Stronger security and authentication standards
- More reliable third-party integrations
- Better documentation and localization support
- Smoother and safer release delivery process
These enhancements ensure that your teams can operate confidently at scale without friction, delays, or technical risks.
Below is a detailed overview of the improvements included in this release.
1. Performance Improvements: Faster OKR Page Loading
We significantly improved the loading performance of the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) page.
What’s improved:
- Noticeably faster page rendering
- Improved performance for teams that work with large sets of OKRs

2. User Interface Improvements
We introduced several UI improvements aimed at making the platform more intuitive, visually consistent, and pleasant to use. These updates enhance both usability and performance across different parts of the interface.
What’s improved:
- Updated pagination component design
A refreshed, cleaner pagination design improves navigation within long lists and makes the interface more visually consistent.

- Extended list component functionality
Enhanced list views now support stylized option rendering, allowing for richer presentation of selectable items and better visual clarity. - Upgraded video Player for learning materials
The Player component now supports the native iOS video player, enabling users to benefit from system level features such as playback speed control, picture-in-picture mode, and more. - Migration to the TanStack Table library
Table components now deliver faster loading, smoother interaction with large datasets, and more flexible layouts, powered by the modern TanStack Table library.
These changes do not alter functionality, but they make everyday interactions noticeably more comfortable.
3. SharePoint Intranet Security Enhancements
As part of our continuous security maintenance, we migrated the SharePoint Intranet integration to a new version of authentication tokens.
What’s improved:
- More secure and modern authorization flow
- Improved compatibility with current SharePoint standards
- A more future-proof and secure infrastructure
4. Smarter Recruiting Integrations: More Reliable Robota.ua Resume Retrieval
We improved the integration with Robota.ua to ensure accurate access to candidate documents.
In collaboration with Robota.ua representatives, we enhanced our integration by migrating the retrieval logic to use the most up-to-date and recommended endpoints.
What’s improved:
- Enhanced integration stability through migration to the latest supported Robota.ua endpoints
- More stable and predictable file retrieval from Robota.ua
5. Improved Documentation Experience
We have fully migrated all user documentation to a new Markdown-based documentation site.
What’s improved:
- Cleaner and more intuitive documentation structure
- Faster documentation updates for your teams and easier maintenance of content
- Easier onboarding and self-service for users
- User authentication implemented, ensuring secure access to relevant materials
This new format allows us to expand and update documentation more efficiently, providing users with clearer and more accessible guides.
6. Localization Enhancements
Polish localization has been added for several modules within the administrative interface, improving usability for Polish-speaking administrators.

This is part of our ongoing work to expand language support and provide better experience for multinational teams.
7. Infrastructure & Delivery Improvements
Several operational improvements have been made to enhance the reliability of updates and ensure smoother delivery across customer environments.
We successfully deployed the release to three existing customer environments and performed a detailed audit of the update process.
These improvements reduce deployment risks, increase update reliability, and ensure smoother rollouts across customer environments.
Release 28 is a foundation-focused update.
By improving performance of critical modules such as OKRs, modernizing table components, enhancing SharePoint authentication, stabilizing Robota.ua integration, upgrading documentation infrastructure, and refining deployment processes — we ensure that the platform remains robust, scalable, and future-ready.
These updates may work quietly in the background, but they directly affect:
- Page loading speed
- Stability of recruiting integrations
- Security compliance
- Ease of onboarding new users
- Reliability of future releases
Continuous improvement of the platform infrastructure is part of our long-term product strategy. We believe that sustainable growth is built not only on new functionality, but also on stability, performance, and trust.
If you would like to discuss any of the improvements in more detail, our team is always happy to connect.
